The music is Long Day by Matchbox 20 - rather appropriate I think. Mark - I did attempt to put the whole Flash movie together using Flash 8, but I almost had a nervous breakdown! So instead, I used iMovie HD and saved the file as quicktime. I then used Flash to convert the movie to .flv Thanks for the comments guys.
